            QLS SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

 

 

PHASE I: Nutrition

We will educate your athlete on what they need to consume for success! There is significant evidence that specific, precise nutrition, when combined with proper exercise and lifestyle, can improve the human body far beyond the level usually achieved by even the best sports training. The nutritional aspect of this program can help turn genetic limitation into talents, and limited talents into champions. 

Supplementation Education:  Athlete’s bodies encounter certain challenges as they strive to achieve maximum performance.  Many of these challenges can be overcome by the use of supplements.  How do our young athletes distinguish what is safe and right for them as opposed to all the propaganda they see and hear about? Our goal to provide safe... research based advice to both the parent and their athlete .
