Club Survey

As important as our messages are, so to is the overall image of QLS, its staff, and the services that are provided. We realize that how people view our facility is influenced by the way we conduct our business. Members and potential members are influenced by the way they are treated, the cleanliness of the facility, and the quality that is reflected in the services they receive. With this in mind, every effort will be made to create a non-competitive, non-intimidating, “at home” atmosphere and provide the highest quality of staff, programs and customer service.

In order to help make QLS your “Home Away From Home” all comments and suggestions, whether positive or negative, are greatly encouraged. Please fill out our Club Survey and send your responses via fax (281-812-4155) or in person by dropping it off at the secured survey box located at the QLS front desk.
