the Term of your Membership!
To not only help you get started but be there for you as your needs
change…
You’re a First Time Exerciser (FT)
· The
First Time Exerciser will receive our
Fit-Trac Orientation System.
· Your
Support Person’s goal is to provide you with a full body routine you
are comfortable with comprised of our exercise equipment and
programs.
· QLS’s
Fit-Trac Orientation System
consists of
4 Orientation Sessions
with your Support Person. These sessions are held
within your first 30 days as a New Member.
· Your
First Orientation Session (1 hour)
includes a
complete
Body Age Analysis.
Based on your
results, recommendations will be made to improve your current Body
Age. This is an excellent way to establish your starting point and
monitor your progress as you improve.
· After
your initial visit you will receive
3 Additional Orientation Sessions
(30 mins.) to make sure you are comfortable with your exercise
program and our equipment.
Recent Club
Experience (E2)
· Our
Experienced Exerciser Program
is designed
for New Members who have recent club experience and who will need
less help to get started.
· This
program provides
2
Orientation Sessions
which will determine your current fitness level. Your Support Person
will then develop a program to meet your individual needs.
· Your
First Orientation Session (1 hour)
includes
a complete
Body Age Analysis.
Based on your
results, recommendations will be made to improve your Body Age. This
is an excellent way to establish your starting point and monitor
your progress as you improve. After your initial visit you will have
a
follow up
Orientation Session
to make sure you are comfortable with your program.
The Advanced Exerciser
(AE)
· Exercise
is a vital part of your life, you have a routine that works for you
and you simply want to know where you are at on your personal
fitness journey. This New Member option will run you through a
complete Body Age Analysis to determine where you are and where you
want to go from here.
· If
you need further assistance, please contact your Support Person via
our Message
Center.
Body Age Analysis
is an advanced fitness
evaluation that will give a predicted
Body Age
based on your
current fitness level. Tests consist of a Blood Pressure Check, Resting Heart Rate, Current Body Weight,
Strength & Flexibility, Body Fat Analysis, Health Risk Appraisal and
a Nutritional Assessment. Based on your results, recommendations will be made to improve your
current
Body Age.
