Fitness Evaluations
How can you successfully get to where you want to go tomorrow unless you know where you are today? Take one hour out of your day for a “fitness check-up.” Discover your true level of fitness in the areas of blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity and flexibility. This information is vital in establishing realistic exercise goals and the means to achieve them. Follow-up evaluations help you assess the efficiency of your workout routine, ensuring the greatest results in the quickest time possible.

Body Composition Analysis
Unable to attain your present weight-loss goals? Are you underweight but over-fat? The secret to achieving any goal is to make sure it is a realistic goal for YOU! Discover your current percent lean (and fat) body weight through our body fat analysis using a 7-site caliper test. Use this information to then establish a realistic ideal weight.
