Lower BP & Cholesterol Path
High blood pressure and cholesterol are not something to be ignored. Lowering these numbers is possible through healthy nutrition habits and regular physical exercise. Our Nationally Certified Trainers aid you in losing weight (if associated with elevated BP and cholesterol), increasing your aerobic physical activity and tolerance, as well as coaching you on your nutritional habits to ensure that you are eating a balanced diet that will help lower your BP and cholesterol.
This Path will "Take all The Guess Work" out of knowning what to do by providing weekly or monthly training calendars that note what to do every day during your Path Program Training. All Paths are Specific to your Needs and Include:
- Working with a QLS Nationally Certified Personal Trainer
- Guidelines will be given to help you get your BP or Cholestrol Under Control
- Complete Health/Wellness Evaluation
- Complimentary Nutritional Review
- Supplement Recommendations
