QLS Non-Profit Children's Assistance Foundation

                      The Children's Assistance Foundation
Our mission: to help local children who have been affected by some type of catastrophic accident or serious illness. The Children’s Assistance Foundation (C.A.F.): Is a  Non-Profit Organization founded by QLS owner Kyle Bauer in 1999 to help local children who have been affected by some type of catastrophic accident or serious illness. The  mission of the CAF is to bring our community together to help local disabled children in need. Because the CAF is a small Not-for-Profit organization, we may not be able to pay large medical costs; however, we have found that we are able to touch each child and their families by providing assistance in more ways other than monetary. Through our foundation, we have built handicapped accesses to homes, bought medical supplies and computers and have found key people, such as physicians, who are willing to donate their services to our children. To make a tax deductible donation, simply write your check to the CAF and send it to: 20515 West Lake Houston Parkway  Humble, Texas  77346.  A tax deductible receipt form will be given with your donation noted for tax purposes. “It is not easy to take the time to help others… but it is the right thing to do.”  FOR MORE INFORMATION OR IF YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE IN NEED, PLEASE CALL KYLE BAUER AT QLS FAMILY FITNESS AT 281-812-6963
