QLS is Family Owned and Operated.  QLS opened in 1999 as a small 20,000 square foot Fitness Center sitting on 2 acres. Today QLS is one of the Largest Total Family Health, Wellness and Spa Facilities in Houston. Now over 70,000 square feet sitting on over 15 acres.
